Our Story

Top End Bees is a 4th generation apiary situated in Darwin’s rural area. Our goal is to provide the Top End and greater Northern Territory with high quality queen bees and hives to help set the NT’s honey and bee industry apart.

We offer high quality honey and bee products as well as education and training for novice or hobbiest beekeepers .

Top End Bees is a family run business based in the Northern Territory. We come from a long line of beekeepers, currently training our 5th generation. As far back as we can track our family tree, bees have been there with us. It’s safe to say they run in our blood. We believe it’s a privilege and our responsibility to pass this knowledge on to the next generation. Bees being so important to our eco system and our food source, it’s important to us that our children grow up understanding and respecting bees.

Here at Top End Bees we aim to share our beautiful bees, products and knowledge. We believe bees are so important to the world and love to care for them and share their hard work. We currently provide training for beginner beekeepers, Queens, Hives, Nucs and of course goodies from inside the hive.
